It’s a powerful moment of change, but it’s also a moment of questioning. They’re intrigued, possibly skeptical, and filled with a mix of awe and doubt. This verse captures that pivotal moment when something incredible happens, but the focus shifts to the authority behind it. It’s like being at a surprise party and someone asking, 'Wait, who organized this?' You can feel the energy in the air, can't you?
This book was written by John, one of Jesus' closest friends. He had a unique perspective because he was there, witnessing these incredible events firsthand.
