Welcome to JesusChat™. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JesusChat™ website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by 5K Ignite LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

JesusChat™ is an AI-powered Bible study and evangelism platform that provides:

• Access to the complete Bible with AI-powered explanations
• Interactive chat features for biblical guidance
• Evangelism training and discipleship resources
• Community features and devotional content
• Mobile applications for iOS and Android devices

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without our written consent

Service Output, Prompts, and Proprietary Systems

JesusChat™ may provide answers, explanations, summaries, and other outputs ("Service Output") using a combination of proprietary software, prompt engineering, retrieval/ranking logic, and system design developed by 5K Ignite LLC. We own and reserve all rights in the Service, including our codebase, prompts, templates, system instructions, workflows, and internal tooling.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service Output for your personal, non-commercial use within (and in connection with) the Service. You may not use the Service or Service Output to build, train, fine-tune, or improve any competing products or AI models, or to systematically extract or scrape content.

Bible Text Usage

JesusChat™ may display Bible text from multiple translations. Bible translations are owned by their respective copyright holders unless a translation is in the public domain. Where we display copyrighted translations (including the ESV® Bible), such text remains the property of the applicable rights holder and is used subject to the rights holder's permission policies, restrictions, and required notices. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, or otherwise use copyrighted Bible text from JesusChat™ in ways not permitted by the applicable rights holder.

User-Generated Content

By submitting content to JesusChat™, you grant 5K Ignite LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Service.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Service Availability

Our Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Professional Advice Disclaimer

JesusChat™ provides AI-powered biblical guidance and general information only. This should not replace:

• Professional pastoral care or counseling
• Medical or psychological advice
• Legal counsel or advice
• Financial planning or advice
• Any other professional services

Always consult with qualified professionals for personal, spiritual, medical, legal, or financial concerns.

Third-Party AI Services

JesusChat™ may utilize third-party AI services and APIs. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of JesusChat™ constitutes acceptance of data being processed through these external services.

Maximum Liability Cap

In no event shall 5K Ignite LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of JesusChat™, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or emotional distress
• AI-generated inaccurate or harmful information
• Reliance on AI responses for decision-making
• Third-party claims arising from your use of the Service
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Security breaches or unauthorized access

AI-Specific Liability Limitations

Given the nature of AI technology, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• AI responses may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies
• We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• You use AI responses at your own risk and discretion
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI responses
• AI interpretations of religious or biblical content are not authoritative

Total Liability Cap

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of JesusChat™ shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 5K Ignite LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, suits, or proceedings, as well as any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or accruing from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any claims related to AI-generated content you create or share
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our Service immediately, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We may modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through our Service or by email to registered users. Your continued use of JesusChat™ after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

For non-material changes, your continued use constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of JesusChat™ shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 5K Ignite LLC regarding the use of JesusChat™ and supersede all prior agreements.
