His mother, Mary, is soaking in every little detail, cherishing these everyday moments as something special. This is a snapshot of family life, where love and growth go hand in hand, and it’s beautiful!
This book was written by Luke, a physician and a keen observer of humanity. He wanted to share the story of Jesus in a way that highlights His humanity and the impact He had on ordinary lives. By including this detail about Jesus being submissive to His parents, Luke emphasizes that Jesus valued family ties and the lessons learned at home. This was all happening in a region called Galilee, specifically Nazareth, around 2000 years ago.
