The urgency in their voices echoes through the streets as they tell everyone what just happened, especially the wild transformation of those two men. It's a moment filled with shock and excitement, and they know they have to spread the word!
This book was written by Matthew, one of Jesus' disciples who actually followed Him around and saw these events firsthand. Matthew wanted to share the incredible stories of Jesus’ life and teachings with others, especially to show how Jesus fulfilled the hopes of people waiting for a savior.
